Membership Department:   EDF’s Membership Department solicits donations from millions of people each year. Membership staff work collaboratively with fundraising and data experts to make sure we constantly improve how we serve our Members. We are successful when no piece of mail is sent unnecessarily, every Member’s gift is handled correctly, and the results of fundraising campaigns are well understood and incorporated into the fundraising DNA of the organization. We enable our Members to be engaged, committed partners who take joy in helping to fund EDF’s vital work.

In 2010 EDF will complete a multi-year migration to a state-of-the-art fundraising platform that will provide an unprecedented “one-view” of our Members, across all of our fundraising channels. This will allow EDF to more efficiently fundraise through both offline and online channels.
